Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because all of our products are made-to-order just for you, returns and exchanges are limited. Please read carefully to understand what is and isn’t eligible for return.

🚫 Personalized Items & Custom Orders

All personalized items are final sale and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes custom text, color choices, or any product created just for you.

📦 Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)

Wrong Size?
If you ordered the wrong size, I accept exchanges on non-personalized items.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once I receive the return, I can send you the correct size.

Size charts are posted on every product — please check them carefully before ordering to avoid additional shipping costs.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare case your item is damaged or defective:

Photographic proof is required.
• Photos must be clear, well-lit, and unedited.
• I may request additional photos — not because I don’t believe you, but because my print partner requires them to issue a refund to me.

If the issue is confirmed, I’ll refund or replace the item. No need to ship it back.

📬 Return Process

If your item qualifies for a return or exchange:

  1. Email me at [email protected] with your order number and issue.
  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Send the item back at your cost (unless it’s defective).
  4. Once received, I’ll process the refund or replacement.

Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

⏳ Time Limits

• Claims for damage or defect must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges for sizing errors must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items returned without approval or outside this window will not be eligible.

🎁 Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, I can issue a store credit. Otherwise, refunds go to the original buyer.

🔥 No Returns On:

  • Personalized or customized itemsSale items
  • Signs or flags (unless defective)
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items returned without prior approval
