RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Defect: If the item is defective (a VERY rare occurrence), with photographic proof I will issue you a refund without returning the item. Photos must be clear, well-lit, and show a clear defect. They must not be edited in any way. I may ask you further photos; this won’t be because I don’t believe you but that my printer requires them to refund me. Without these photos, returns will not be accepted.
Wrong size: I accept returns and exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. The size charts of every item are posted here. If you ordered the wrong size, returns are at your cost. Once I receive the return, I can send you a different size. I urge you to pay special attention to the sizing chart to avoid these extra costs you will incur to return the item.
