TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using threadventure.com (the “Site”) and/or purchasing any product offered herein (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access the Site or use the Services.
2. Made-to-Order Production
- Custom Manufacture. All merchandise is produced on a print-to-order basis immediately upon receipt of payment. No inventory is held in stock.
- Minor Variations. Because items are individually printed, slight deviations in color, size, or placement may occur and shall not constitute defects.
- Lead Times. Standard production time is two (2) to five (5) business days prior to dispatch; this period may be extended during high-volume seasons or force-majeure events.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, origin locations, and express-shipping eligibility are governed by the policies set out on our dedicated Shipping Info page, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of goods to the carrier. We are not liable for delays attributable to carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All requests for returns, exchanges, or cancellations are subject to the terms and procedures detailed on our Refunds & Returns page, incorporated herein by reference. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance
- Currency & Taxes. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and fees.
- Payment Authorization. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us (or our third-party processor) to charge the total order amount.
- Order Confirmation. Receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason.
- Price Modifications. Prices, descriptions, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
6. Intellectual-Property Rights
All content on the Site—including but not limited to designs, graphics, text, photographs, and logos—is either owned by or licensed to ThreadVenture Tees and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. No portion of the Site or its content may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without our express prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers/networks connected to the Site; (c) upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREADVENTURE TEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThreadVenture Tees, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any intellectual-property or other right of any person or entity.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in La Sarre, Québec for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
